Okay, so last week I ran 0 of 29 miles. Not sure why, just lazy, I guess. I thought it was going to be a big issue, but I'm one of those people that likes to "test" things. Well, after taking last week off, this week I've been putting in a bit of overtime in terms of effort.

I broke my record for 6 miles yesterday by 1m11s. Last year, on Sep. 24, I ran 6 miles in 50:56. Yesterday, 49:45, an 8:18 pace. I was pretty happy for myself. 6 miles is much different than 26.2, but it raised my morale, nonetheless.
