The other day, we were all driving in the car, perhaps on the way to Easter at my mom’s house after visiting my dad at the cemetery. Christopher asks Michelle for some water and says, “Water, it never gets old!” Man, that guy….
This doesn’t happen often (every millennium technically and I just wanted everyone to know that here at the Filias house, we care about this stuff…especially my boys!
So, during Ethan Lobes’ baptism yesterday, Christopher says, describing Ethan, in his new baptismal outfit, “He looks like a baker!”. When my cousin, Lilly, asked him how he knew that… he said, “I just know.”
My 4 year old son, Christopher, has taken our Santa from the living room and hid him under his bed. He’s hilarious.
Benjamin had his first try at skating that wasn’t on the ice. He loved the inline skates. It was fun to watch him. Christopher also had his first time skating off the ice. He had skated once before with the whole family at Onyx in Rochester.
4 years of your love and your blessings!! I love you.
How crazy. When Christopher was getting himself dressed this morning, he asked me what we did “before this day”. It’s crazy because I just posted about his “after this day” phrase!!
I just wanted to catalog this phrase. Christopher refers to “tomorrow” as “after this day”. I wanted to make sure I remembered this in the future, and that I could remind him of it when he’s older.
We went to Kalahari in Sandusky, OH a few weeks ago. I wanted to test Viddler so here he is, having a great time bowling in the arcade.
I had to set this up for them to dance together. It was priceless (at least to me)!!!
